Kelsey Grammer Ties the Knot With Kayte Walsh

Kelsey Grammer is a married man again. He tied the knot with fiancee Kayte Walsh this afternoon in New York City.

"Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh were married today at a private ceremony for family and friends," his rep said in a statement to PEOPLE.

Sources say the ceremony began at 3:30PM at the Longacre Theater, where Grammer starred in the Tony-winning revival of the musical 'La Cage aux Folles.' Security was extremely tight, with guards checking invitations and IDs.

After the couple exchanged vows, they headed to the reception at the Plaza Hotel, where close friends and family will dine on lobster, goat cheese truffles and braised beef shortribs. One person who won't be joining the couple this weekend is Grammer's ex-wife, Camille Donatacci. The pair were married for 13 years before Grammer left her for Walsh last year -- a drama that was publicly played out on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.' Their divorce was finalized earlier this month.

Grammer began stepping out with his new lady not long after news of his split from Donatacci, telling the New York Post of Walsh: "We are really happy and in love. We're looking for a new apartment together in New York, but we haven't found one yet. We're waiting for the perfect place."

Camille Grammer: 'I'm Pumped' to be CNN's Oscar Correspondent

Camille Grammer has had a rough time lately, but some good news has come her way – she'll be front and center at this year's Academy Awards as CNN's fashion and celebrity commentator.

"I'm pumped, I'm psyched," she said when the gig was announced. "Everything about the Oscars is amazing."

The job will be the "thrill of a lifetime for me," added the Real Housewives star without a trace of nerves about taking on the tough job of commentating on live television.

There's also anther arduous task ahead of her – choosing the all-important Oscar dress.

"I just started the process so we're working on it," she said.

Grammer, 42, will join Showbiz Tonight hosts A.J. Hammer and Brooke Anderson for the special Showbiz Tonight: Road to Gold, which will air on CNN and HLN.

"We can't wait to get Camille's unabashed take on Hollywood's biggest night," said Dave Levine, senior executive producer of CNN entertainment and Showbiz Tonight, reports E! Online.

Grammer's divorce from ex-husband Kelsey Grammer was finalized earlier this month.

'Greek' Star Spencer Grammer Gets Married

Some good news on the relationship front for the Grammer family! 'Greek' star Spencer Grammer tied the knot with James Hesketh on Friday, PEOPLE reports.

The 27-year-old actress, born to Kelsey Grammer and his first wife, Doreen Alderman, married Hesketh at City Hall in New York City.

Kelsey Grammer, attended the ceremony with his bride-to-be Kayte Walsh, who, at 29, is only two years the actress' senior.

Kelsey's ex-wife, Camille, was not reported to be in attendance. According to Life & Style, "Camille and Spencer had no relationship. ... And Spencer and her father are closer than ever since he split with Camille."
