It's no secret now that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are dating, but when Gomez last appeared on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' she was in full denial mode and said Bieber was like her "little brother."

On today's show, Ellen DeGeneres wastes no time reminding Gomez of this and plays old footage of the actress in which she said the idea of a relationship with Bieber was "weird." Then, DeGeneres stares silently at Gomez for several moments while she hides her face in embarrassment.

"Well, you were trying to hide it still, right?" DeGeneres replied. "But, now you've made it public. Now ya'll went to the Vanity Fair party and, uh, made me a fool."

Selena Gomez doesn't like it when Justin Bieber grows a mustache.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber The 18-year-old singer - who was recently pictured kissing and holding hands with the "Baby" hitmaker - admitted that she prefers her rumored boyfriend when he's clean-shaven.

When asked whether she minds it when Justin lets his facial fuzz grow she answered: "I actually don't. You've got to commit [to growing a mustache]. You can't just be like, 'Let me do a little one.'"

Talking on Sirius XM's radio show "The Morning Mash," she also gave her opinion on "soul patches" - small areas of hair on the chin - saying she isn't a fan of them either.

She admitted: "I don't like that."

Earlier this week the pretty brunette said she has known the 17-year-old singer for two years and revealed they met through her mother.

She said: "His manager called my mom, who's my manager."

The "Who Says" star won't confirm whether she and Justin are in a relationship or not but was also happy to admit that she is close to him because he "understands" the pressures of fame.

She told US talk show host David Letterman: "I'm blushing! He's been in my life for so long and it's just nice to have someone that understands what you're going through."

Selena Gomez's new song addresses internet ''haters.''

The singer and actress received death threats through twitter and Facebook when pictures of her kissing teen heartthrob Justin Bieber emerged online, and her latest track, "Who Says?" is a response against such behavior.

Selena told host Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show: "When I heard it, I felt like my fans need this song right now, especially with Twitter and Facebook. I feel like it's really negative for me."

"Within that world, there's just such easy access to people's feelings. This song is such a great message to my fans, and it really touched me when I heard it. Basically, it's to the haters, it's to the people who try to bring you down."

The track features lyrics including: "You made me insecure/ Told me I wasn't good enough/ But who are you to judge/ When you're a diamond in the rough."

Justin, 17, was rumored to be dating Selena, 18, for months, but the couple only recently confirmed their relationship, making their first public appearance at the 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on February 27. They are presently apart, however, as Justin is on tour in Europe.

Since they publicly go to the Oscars, their love no longer hiding and so recently seen in a store while they were hugging and kissing. Maybe they could not refrain, knowing that they will now spend some time separated. Specifically, Bieber had traveled to Britain, and Gomez remained in the United States.

Selena Gomez 'Very Excited' About Eminem/ Dr. Dre Grammy Performance

For those clued in to the world of Selena Gomez, Disney Channel darling and star of "The Wizards of Waverly Place," budding recording artist, and the current romantic interest of one Justin Bieber (or so we assume — they have yet to publicly acknowledge the fact that they're dating, comments from co-stars and vacation photos aside), her attendance at Sunday night's Grammy Awards ceremony might seem solely pegged to her Bieber connection and presenting an award. However, when MTV News caught up with Gomez on the red carpet, she revealed that she was most excited about a certain rapper from Detroit, not a teen sensation from Canada.

"I'm actually very excited about Dr. Dre and Eminem' s performance," Gomez told MTV's Sway during our live-stream broadcast. "I love Eminem. I'm a huge Eminem fan, so I'm very excited to see him."

Gomez added that her stepdad was equally excited for that performance (Dre's first in about 10 years), in that he never wants to come with her to big events, but made an exception for Eminem.

When asked why she loves Eminem so, Gomez said it's all about his swagger — or lack thereof.

"For me, I think he's so free within himself," she explained. "Music is an awesome way to express yourself, but when you see him onstage and he comes to events like this, you never see him having to be all stiff and cool. He's just in a hoodie, goes on and performs, and I love that."

Sway wondered aloud whether this means Gomez likes bad boys.

"Sometimes, yeah," she admitted with a smile.

And what about an Eminem/Gomez musical collaboration? Would she be into that?

"Oh gosh. Who would say no to that?" she said. "I don't think I'm cool enough. I don't have enough street cred for that."

In fact, Gomez walked the red carpet in a champagne gown well before Bieber strolled down in a white tuxedo. Similarly, Gomez was present at the premiere of Bieber's 'Never Say Never' documentary, but again without the movie's star. While they were caught embracing and possibly kissing back in January, this could be a sign the two are trying to minimize the rumors, which Gomez called "annoying."
During her arrival, she was asked if it was annoying to be linked to her friend romantically.
