RUSSELL BRAND WANTS TO CRASH ROYAL WEDDING AS QUEEN ELIZABETH
Russell Brand wants to crash the royal wedding disguised as Queen Elizabeth.

Although the madcap comedian hasn't been invited to the nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey on April 24, he plans to attend dressed as the 84-year-old British monarch.

He joked: "I'm not invited. I'm going anyway though. I'm going to dress up as the queen. I'm going to say [puts on female voice], 'Hallo, I'm the queen. Happy wedding day William and Kate. Do it baby, kiss, kiss.'"

The 35-year-old funnyman - who is married to Katy Perry - even went on to describe how he would eventually reveal himself to be a man in his bizarre fantasy scenario.

In a TV interview with "Access Hollywood," he added: "Then I'll lift my skirt and I'll have no underwear on and everyone will go, 'The Queen's willy!' Get your laughing gear round that."

It's not the first time Russell - who is from Essex, South East England - has revealed his interest in the royal family, with the "Arthur" once admitting during a radio interview that he would love a title.

He said: "I'd like to be royal. I sometimes think, 'I'd like to marry into the royals.' It would be fun wouldn't it to be a little bit royal? I think I'd fit right in there, they're a lovely bunch."

"I'd like an honorary princehood or dukedom, or some sort of recognition from the royals for what I've done for them over the years."

Publicist: Arquette 'OK' after Beverly Hills crash (AP)

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – David Arquette's Cadillac crashed head-on with another vehicle in Beverly Hills on Friday, but the actor was not seriously hurt and even joked about the collision on Twitter just a few hours later.

Arquette, 39, was "OK" after the crash, and was on his way to being treated, publicist Cindy Guagenti told The Associated Press in an e-mail.

"I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins," Arquette quipped on his Twitter account about two hours after the accident.

Arquette apparently deleted that Tweet. It did not appear on his page later Friday night, but several others referring to the crash did.

"Remember to wear your seatbelt — wish I was," he said in one.

Another read: "It was a miracle the woman I hit was uninjured — Thank God!"

Arquette said that he was headed to the airport to catch a plane to Las Vegas for a friend's restaurant opening at the time of the crash on Doheny Drive just north of Santa Monica Boulevard along the West Hollywood and Beverly Hills city limits.

Arquette and the other driver were the only two people involved, Beverly Hills police and fire officials said. There was no immediate word on what caused the collision.

Both were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles with injuries that were not considered serious.

Arquette, who has spoken publicly about his struggles with substance abuse, said last week on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" that he has been sober since Dec. 30. He wrote Friday that he turned down drugs at the hospital after the crash.

"Refused all pain medication — may the record state — still sober!" he Tweeted.

Celebrity website TMZ, which first reported the accident, posted pictures that showed Arquette lying on a patch of roadside grass next to his silver Cadillac and another vehicle. Both had damage on their front bumpers and air bags deployed.

Video posted on the site showed paramedics and firefighters putting a man that appeared to be Arquette on a stretcher and lifting him into an ambulance.

Arquette and wife Courteney Cox announced that they were separating in October. The pair met when they appeared in the film "Scream" in 1996, and are co-starring in the fourth installment of the horror series due out later this year. They have a 6-year-old daughter together.

Arquette has also starred in the films "Never Been Kissed" and "3000 Miles to Graceland."

*WARNING SPOILERS* Someone is going to have a car crash on EastEnders

Jeez, does every soap wedding have to have a bloomin’ accident attached to it? According to EastEnders, yes they very well do.

The anticipated nuptials of Max Brannings’ ex, Tanya, to fiancé Greg Jessop will have readers dropping their digestives into their tea next month.

It seems the unlucky family have been filming a car crash scene, which involves Max Branning and daughter Abi.

The Sun has reported that the ginger pair will end up trapped in Max’s car after he hits a lorry on the way to the wedding.

There have been whispers of Max being hurt in an accident but no one knew it would involve whiney daughter Abi too. Sources reveal that the pair is rushed to hospital but escape unscathed.

In true EastEnders fashion Tanya hears about the accident too late and has already said ‘I DO,’ to Greg. This doesn’t stop the feisty mother from fleeing the church and comforting Max at his bedside.

It is rumoured that this dramatic Easter episode also has Ronnie Mitchell confessing to stealing baby James. Whilst visiting her brother-in-law at the hospital she is overcome with guilt and emotion and decides to fess up.

Well, a national holiday wouldn’t be the same without an over-emotional trip into Walford.
