Inside Megan Fox's Struggle to Gain Weight

Megan Fox looks pretty thin in her recent ad campaign for Armani--but don't worry, says her trainer, Harley Pasternak, she definitely doesn't have an eating disorder. In an interview with HollywoodLife.com, Pasternak reveals that the 'Jennifer's Body' actress really struggles with gaining weight.

"Do I worry about Megan getting too skinny? Yeah!" Pasternak said. "Believe it or not she has this really fast metabolism," Pasternak continued. "So her training is all about body toning and sculpting. With her its really about she's eating enough of the right things. People thought 'Oh she must be anorexic' but she's far from that!"

Fox gets upset when people question whether or not she's anorexic. "She gets frustrated at times because she's like 'I need to put on weight.' So she actually weight-trains to keep on that lean muscle tissue," he said.

Pasternek, who also trains Robert Pattinson, Katy Perry and Amanda Seyfried, then described the kind of training he does with Fox that results in her toned abs. "The key to Megan's abs is first of all genetics," Pasternak admitted.

Kelsey Grammer's Emotional Wedding: The Inside Details

Kelsey Grammer's Emotional Wedding: The Inside Details | Kelsey Grammer Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh

Splash News Online

Not even a heavy rainstorm could put a damper on Kelsey Grammer's wedding to Kayte Walsh in New York City on Friday.

Inside the Longacre Theater, where the couple tied the knot, the space was still decorated with props from La Cage aux Folles, as well as huge bouquets of pink and red flowers in gold urns.

During the emotional ceremony, performed by Terry Lavell who was Grammer's costar in the Broadway hit musical, attendants read poems that the bride and groom had written for one another. As the couple listened, they appeared to be holding back tears, according to one guest.

After Walsh's brother, Stuart, sang "Feels Like Home" by Randy Newman, Grammer, 55, and Walsh, 29, recited traditional vows.

"They looked very happy," a wedding guest told PEOPLE after the ceremony, "really, really happy."

In addition to Lavell, the couple was attended by Grammer's two eldest daughters, Spencer and Greer, Walsh's sister, Sophie, and friend Angela Copeland. The women wore matching black dresses and Christian Louboutin pumps. The bride wore a silk sheath gown with beaded straps and bodice – a custom design by Peter Langner for Mark Ingram, according to Access Hollywood. Grammer's son Jude, joined Walsh's brothers as groomsmen, and the best man was friend Carl DeGersdorff.

Immediately following the ceremony, a small group of guests went to the Plaza Hotel for a lavish dinner in the Grand Ballroom, which was decorated by celebrity event designer Ed Libby.

A few hours later, guests returned to find the Grand Ballroom transformed: The tables were replaced with regal, gold lounge furniture, cocktail tables, and a massive dance floor, flanked by a stage on one side and sleek bar on the other.

"It was gorgeous, very classy," said one wedding guest. "It wasn't too much and it wasn't too little. They definitely did it right."

After dinner, the newlyweds cut the 55-inch-tall carrot cake by Sylvia Weinstock and shared the story of how they met: He was flying to see La Cage in London, and she was one of the flight attendants.

"It was really, really sweet," a guest told PEOPLE. "Kelsey is very good with words. He's an actor, so he was very articulate and sweet. She was, too, and very genuine."

Throughout the night, guests grooved on the packed dance floor while a deejay played tunes such as, "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and "Don't Stop Believin'," which a source described as "songs that everybody could sing along with and dance to."

The bride and groom spent the entire night at each other's sides, said a guest, who added, "They seemed so genuinely in love and happy. They were dancing with each other the whole time and seemed to be having a lot of fun together, really a part of the festivities."

As the evening wound down, guests were treated to passed desserts, including mini ice cream cones and little smoothies.

According to a source, the newlyweds slipped out quietly just before the celebration ended.

INSIDE STORY: How Dreams Turned Deadly for Hijacked American Sailors

INSIDE STORY: How Dreams Turned Deadly for Hijacked American Sailors Phyllis Mackay and Robert A. Riggle

Joe Grande/AP

The mood was somber at the Del Rey Yacht Club in Los Angeles Thursday, and the flag was flying at half-staff.

It was here that California couple Jean and Scott Adam, world travelers who loved the water, often moored their boat Quest when they were in town.

"The Del Rey Yacht Club was their home away from home," Club Commodore Gary Deitsch told the Los Angeles Times.

And they will be missed. The Adams, along with Seattle couple Phyllis Macay and Robert Riggle, were killed Tuesday as gunfire broke out between their Somali pirate captors and the U.S. Navy.

Deitsch is just one of the people mourning the grim outcome. "All of us at the club are devastated this horrific event has occurred," he said, going on to describe the Adams as being "very dedicated to serving mankind."

Family, friends and acquaintances of both couples have emerged to share their fond memories – and their confusion over the gruesome events. The big question: Why did the four, sailing on the Quest, break away from the safety of the fleet?

Their journey was meant to be part of an around-the-world expedition organized by Blue Water Rallies, whose organizers say the Quest broke off from the group on Feb. 15, taking an alternative route to Oman after leaving Mumbai. The four were reportedly en route to Djibouti to refuel when pirates hijacked them.

"Some of the story just doesn't make sense to me," Richard Peace, a professor at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena who was friends with Scott Adam told the L.A. Times. "Why would he depart from the group? That's the only thing that gave him a sense of security."

Adds Macay's niece Nina Crossland: "[My aunt] did her research. Why they were in that area we do not know. She was not haphazardly out on the ocean. My aunt was very adventurous, [but] if this was something that was going to scare her I don't think she would be doing it." What is known is that both couples viewed the trip as a happy adventure.

Macay "was living her dream – sailing around the world for this now her third year ... She enjoyed every port and every experience she had," said Crossland.

The oldest of six children, Macay, 59, grew up in Michigan before many members of her family relocated to the West Coast, and she ended up staying in Seattle where she met Riggle when both were members of the Seattle Singles Yacht Club.

Riggle, a vet, chipped in at the Seattle Animal Shelter when it was short staffed. "It has not sunk in yet," the shelter's Dr. Mary Ellen Zoulas told Seattle's KING 5 News. "We're just in shock. We truly thought they would make it back."

According to Scott and Jean Adams's personal Web site, as part of their travels, they were engaging in "friendship evangelism – that is, finding homes for thousands of Bibles, which have been donated through grants and gifts, as we travel from place to place."

Scott Adam converted to Catholicism many years ago, when according to Peace, he had a "mystical experience where God was calling him to ministry." And when the Adams weren't sailing, Jean Adam, a dentist, sang in the church choir.

"They died doing what they wanted to do," Msgr. Lloyd Torgerson of St. Monica Catholic Church, where the couple worshiped, told the Times. "They found so much joy in doing it."

Britney Spears Tweets First Snippet Of New Single 'Inside Out'

Just two days after Britney Spears released her highly anticipated video for "Hold It Against Me," the 29-year-old diva is back to give fans another treat with a brief snippet from her next single, "Inside Out."

"C'mon! Won't you give me something to remember," Spears sings in the barely 10-second clip, revealed by the singer and her producer, Dr. Luke, on Twitter.

"Baby shut your mouth and turn me inside," she crescendos.

For fans, the brief snippet is a welcome treat, but hardly a surprising one, considering that Spears teased "Hold It Against Me" in similar fashion for several weeks.

In an interview with MTV News, Spears' longtime manager himself, Larry Rudolph, indicated that fans were likely to hear another song before the March 29 release of Femme Fatale, the Mississippi native's first album in three years.

Of the song itself, which he would only speak of obliquely on Thursday, Rudolph had high praise.

"I don't think I've been this excited about releasing a Britney single in many, many years," he said. "It's that good. That's all I'm gonna say about it at the moment. I haven't heard a final mix of it, but I should get it in the next day or two. So far, what I've heard is just extraordinary. It really is amazing. Her fans will be very happy with it. I'm trying hard to get it out before the album comes out."

What do you think of the new snippet? Will "Inside Out" be another Britney hit? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

Inside Rihanna's Star-Studded 23rd Birthday Bash

Inside Rihanna's Star-Studded 23rd Birthday Bash | Rihanna Rihanna celebrated her 23rd birthday Sunday night by rocking out with some of music's biggest names – but also found time for some quiet celebrating with old friends.

The pop star rushed to her party at a private home in Beverly Hills after performing at the NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles. When she arrived, a party guest tells PEOPLE that she was treated to a taste of home – in the form of Sprinkles red velvet cupcakes with the Barbados flag imprinted on them.

She grabbed a full-sized confection, announcing, "I'm so hungry," the source says.

Before all her guests arrived, Rihanna managed to sneak away to party with her best girlfriends in a secluded room in the Beverly Hills house. When she later joined the main party, she sported a tight-fitting pink dress with some purple fringe around the skirt.

There, she greeted her high-wattage friends warmly. "She [gave] Ryan Phillippe and Zac Efron huge hugs," the source says, adding that the two actors hung out together and chatted throughout the night.

Also on hand: Cee Lo Green and his crew, who were spotted noshing on some of Oxtail and plantains, as well as Mary J. Blige and Jay-Z, who were "laughing and having a blast posing for photos in corner of the party," the source says. Blige also "squealed with excitement" when she caught sight of Diddy, and they shared a long hug.

Later, Snoop Dog and Warren G rolled in at 1 a.m. and proceeded to dance and sing along to some old-school hip-hop songs while guests cheered them on.

Joel Madden and Christina Milian were also celebrating with the birthday gal, and both them indulged in vanilla and red velvet cupcakes, respectively.
