Holly Madison has split from her boyfriend.

The "Holly's World" star has parted ways with All Time Low guitarist Jack Barakat after around seven months of dating, with the break-up said to be mutual.

A spokesperson for the blonde beauty told E! Online: "I can confirm Holly and Jack are no longer dating. Their decision to split was both mutual and amicable."

News of the split comes just a month after 31-year-old Holly - who previously dated Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner - said she was happier in her relationship with the musician than she had ever been with anyone else.

She said: "He's a really down to earth guy. I feel like he's really real and he knows me for who I am. I can say whatever in front of him and he's cool with it."

"I love that Jack has a sense of humor and I can just be myself around him. I don't need to be like Miss Priss or Betty Crocker. I feel like every guy that I dated before him expected that."

Holly previously revealed she and Jack first sparked up a romance on micro-blogging website twitter.

She explained: "We met through a mutual friend and then somehow somebody retweeted something funny he said on Twitter."

"So I started following him, and then we started tweeting each other back and forth! Then we started direct messaging each other and then exchanged numbers."

Britney Spears: My Boyfriend Is Ripped!

Who would guess that Britney Spears prefers kicking back and watching movies with her boyfriend over hitting the club? According to the pop princess herself, she and boyfriend, Jason Trawick, are just a super normal couple.

"We're really normal," Spears told Ryan Seacrest Friday on his KIIS-FM morning show. "We just like to watch movies. We work out a lot. We love to work out. We do stuff together like that. We take walks."

Spears also told the radio show host that her man's abs are "definitely ripped. He just got on this health kick." Seacrest, who's been friends with Trawick for awhile, remembers when his physique wasn't so muscular.

"I don't want to make you uncomfortable, but I knew [Jason] when he was hairy and pudgy," Seacrest told Spears. "But now he's fit and he's got zero percent body fat."

"No," she protested while giggling. "He wasn't pudgy."

Spears' new album, Femme Fatale, drops on March 29--the same day as her much-hyped 'Good Morning America' performance. "It's, I think, my best work yet," she said about the album. "I love the album, I actually listened to it on the way over here. It's definitely something that you want to work out to. It's definitely upbeat. Will.i.am's on the record and I'm a dancer so it's definitely something I can work with. It's just really fun, it's a really really fun record."

Paula Abdul Calls 911 During Fight With Boyfriend

Valentine's Day is supposed to be the most romantic day of the year, but for Paula Abdul, it was anything but.

The host of the now-defunct reality competition 'Live to Dance' called 911 on Feb. 14 during a drive with her boyfriend, telling the operator between sobs, "I wanna go, and he won't let me!"

TMZ reports that the former 'American Idol' judge proceeded to ask her male companion, "Are you gonna drop me off 'cause I have emergency on the phone?"

Moments later, the situation seemed to have calmed down, with Abdul telling the operator, "He's dropping me off."

Despite the seemingly minor nature of the incident, Abdul has suffered at the hands of others in the past. In 2006, Abdul was reportedly assaulted by a guest at a private party, who pushed the petite pop singer into a wall after screaming at her.

The more recent incident, however, left Abdul unscathed, with her rep saying of the dispute, "Arguments with loved ones are often times heated. After the call was made everything was worked out."
