Katie Holmes' "The Decision" Debuts Tonight

Flashing her eye-catching grin, Katie Holmes was all smiles while out in New York City on Tuesday (March 22).

The “Romantics” babe and her assistant walked along the streets of the Big Apple, coffee in hand, before hopping into Holmes’ chauffeured vehicle.

Coming up tonight, a short film featuring Mrs Tom Cruise called “The Decision” is premiering in NYC.

Katie teamed up with John Frieda Precision Foam Colour and will star as Joan Hudson, a high profile actress who leaves her hair stylist and decided to take her hair color into her own hands.

“I love the idea of doing a short film about something I feel is really important to women!” Holmes told press. “I also love being a part of promoting a product that is available to all women.”

Katie Price has reportedly asked her new boyfriend to marry her.

The 32-year-old star - who split from her husband Alex Reid in January after just 11 months of marriage - was first spotted with 25-year-old Argentinean model Leandro Penna at Elton John's post-Oscars party last month but is already hoping to settle down with him.

The pair were spotted partying with Katie's ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers earlier this week at a bash hosted by adult TV station Babestation at London's Merah nightclub, where the former glamor model vomited in the fire exit before popping the question in restaurant Balans.

A source said: "Katie kept saying, 'Marry me. Come on, why don't we just go and get married?' It's like Alex Reid never existed, but they aren't even divorced yet."

Katie - who has three children, Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii, from previous relationships -recently declared her love for Leandro.

She tweeted: "Es todo un tierno. Lo amo," which roughly translates as "It's all tender. I love him."

Yesterday (March 17, 2011), she posted a picture of the pair kissing on the micro blogging site.

Katie's relationship with Leandro - who has fronted advertising campaigns for Louis Vuitton and Coca Cola - has not impressed estranged husband Alex, who is said to have "flipped" when he heard about the couple and headed for crisis divorce talks with his lawyers.

An insider said: "Alex's hurt has turned to rage. His humiliation continues. She keeps dangling the carrot that there's a glimmer of hope for them - but she's just being cruel."

Peter Andre will ''never'' rekindle his relationship with Katie Price.

The couple - who have two children, Junior, five and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii - split in 2009 and while Katie has recently claimed Peter is still "in love" with her, the "Mysterious Girl" singer is adamant he has moved on.

Peter - who is currently dating Spanish model Elen Rivas - said: "I can't believe she said I still love her. I absolutely don't. She knows I've moved on - I just wish she could too. She needs to realize we'll never be together again."

Although Peter, 38, hopes he and 32-year-old Katie - who recently dumped her second husband Alex Reid after 11 months of marriage - can remain on friendly terms for the sake of their kids, he admits he no longer cares about her.

Speaking in Now magazine, he said: "I've never wished Katie any harm but the main aim of my life is to be the best father I can be and that's it. That's all I care about."

"The children have always been the most important thing in my life. What Katie does in her private life, as long as it doesn't affect them, is of no concern to me."

Katie is currently said to be having a fling with Argentinean model Leandro Penn, who she met at Elton John's post-Oscars party in Los Angeles.

Katie Price “sets the record straight once and for all”

Whenever we see Katie’s face on the cover of a magazine or newspaper with the word “exclusive” written across it we look the other way, guessing that the quotes are all taken from past interviews and regurgitated.  But when Katie tweeted last night saying, “OMG BIG THANKS to THE DAILY STAR newspaper-GET IT TOMORROW”, we thought we should check it out.
Following her return from LA she talked to the newspaper about recent events, “Look, I’ve had pretty much two years from hell. There are those who want to see me destroyed and they’ll stop at nothing to ruin everything I’ve worked for. I know I make a living from promoting myself but I’m shocked at how much some people hate me and how some people lie about me.”
However she insists that she isn’t saying all of this to win sympathy votes, or because she feels sorry for herself, she just wants to clear things up that have been said about her, “I’m not feeling sorry for myself and I don’t cry easily but the last few months have been the WORST ever and yes I’ve been in tears. The stress of my divorce from Alex and all the stuff hanging over from Pete is enormous. However I am NOT having a breakdown nor have I ever been close.”
When asked about her relationship with Pete she is keen to point out that she still cares for him, but mostly because of the link they share through their children. “Look, Pete will always be in my life. I don’t want a war because it will haunt the kids for the rest of their lives. I do care for Pete but not to the extent where I wanted to rush to his side when he was ill recently as yet another lie said. That’s his girlfriend’s job. He’s the father of my children, and for that reason I want him to be successful and happy.”
On speaking about the children she adds, “it is awful that they have been dragged into this. I love my kids and would never, ever hurt them or let them be hurt.”
We bet she’s glad she got all of this off her chest!

Katie Price's Brand New Man

The latest instalment in the Alex Reid / Katie Price saga sees Katie denying reports that is she said to have flirted with Hollywood superstar Jamie Foxx at Elton John’s Oscars party.

Although it appeared that the two were having an intimate chat at the bash, a spokesperson for Katie informs the Mail Online that their conversation was actually very platonic. She reports that 'Jamie told her he had watched her reality series and was a fan' but that was apparently as far as their conversation went.

No, Katie has her sights set on other targets after hooking up with Argentinian model Leandro Penna after the pair met at the same party and couldn’t keep their eyes off each other. With the two clearly besotted with one another, the model is said to be flying into London to meet her later this week. Nothing like some Argentinian romance to spice up these cold, winter nights...

Showing how smitten she is, Katie posted up pictures on Twitter of the two of them leaving her hotel the next morning commenting ‘Isn’t he pretty? Such a cute boy’. Ignoring the fact that this makes him sound like a small puppy, we’re happy that Katie’s love life is looking up.

Not to be outdone by his ex, it emerged in People this week that Alex Reid had shared a ‘night of passion’ with catalogue model Claire Leatherbarrow (what a name!) in Manchester’s Park Inn Hotel. When asked to comment, Claire claimed ‘We did have sex, we went to the Park Inn. I was a bit tipsy. I’d had a few drinks and these things happen’. Classy lady. Clearly Alex knows how to pick ‘em.

Reports also reveal, however, that Alex immediately texted Katie after hearing about her escapades with 25 year old Leandro, demanding to know what she had got up to. Looks like someone’s having trouble letting go...

Closing out the weekend with another mother/daughter outing, Katie Holmes was busy tending to daughter Suri Cruise in Vancouver, Canada on Sunday afternoon (March 6).

The 32-year-old actress held her little girl's hand as they were escorted around town by staffers while grabbing up some delicious eats at Vera's Hamburgers.

Once finished scooping up their delectable lunch, Katie and Suri quickly loaded into their awaiting ride to be whisked off to check in on their hard-at-work family patriarch, Tom Cruise.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Holmes and her darling daughter are in the Canadian locale as they join Tom while he continues to film "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol".

Enjoying a mother/daughter excursion while continuing to spend time north of the border, Katie Holmes was spotted out with Suri in Vancouver on Saturday afternoon (March 5).

The "Mad Money" mommy and her little angel were driven over to the Granville Island Kids Market as they popped into Kaboodles Toy Store - which seems to be a favorite of the two lovely ladies.

Once finished up with their shopping session, Katie and Suri proceeded forth to scoop up a few cupcake treats for a sugary fix before heading back to the homefront.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to Skip Oscars Because of Hathaway's SNL Holmes Impression?

UPDATE: Our friends over at PopEater have officially debunked the story, receiving word from Tom Cruise's "people" that this simply isn't true and completely made up. You can go about your day now.

A few months ago, Anne Hathaway hosted "Saturday Night Live" and did a pretty spot-on impersonation of Katie Holmes. Now she's about to co-host the Oscars (with James Franco), and that means an allegedly embarrassed Holmes and husband Tom Cruise may not be attending the ceremony.

According to the Daily Mail (which is more tabloid than news, so do take this report as trashy gossip), the Cruises "don't want to cross paths" with Hathaway, a former friend of the couple who apparently dissed them bad by going on TV and making fun of Holmes.

Given how well Tom Cruise plays with his own image in the underrated "Knight & Day," and since he's become buddies with Ben Stiller, who does a great impression of the movie star, sometimes opposite the real deal, you'd think he would have a better sense of humor regarding parody.

Or, maybe he's only okay with self-parody? Perhaps he's more protective of his overly sensitive wife? But it's also the Academy Awards, where films and stars are made the butts of jokes -- maybe not as much as at the Golden Globes or a Comedy Central roast -- but also no less than what Hathaway did on "SNL."

And you know that if this story is true and the boycott happens, Hathaway and Franco will probably just go and do more Holmes and Cruise spoofs on the Kodak Theatre stage. Actually, there's probably not enough time for such an irrelevant routine.

Either way, if Cruise does not attend, it would be due to his shooting schedule, as a spokeperson for the actor claims. Plus the fact that he has no real reason to attend this year anyway since neither "Knight & Day" nor Holmes' own 2010 releases ("The Romantics" and "The Extra Man") will be nominated and he has nothing new to promote.
