Keith Richards' daughter has been arrested.

Keith and Theodora Richards Theodora Richards - the 25-year-old daughter of the Rolling Stones rocker and his wife Patti Hansen - was apprehended by police in New York Tuesday night (March 1, 2011) after she allegedly used a paint marker to deface public property, writing the letters "TNA" on the side of a building in the city's fashionable Soho district.

The model - who has worked for Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger - was taken into custody at 10.45pm where officers are said to have found marijuana and Xanax pills in her possession according to the New York Post.

Theodora has been charged with making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument and possession of a controlled substance and is currently waiting to be arraigned yesterday afternoon (March 2, 2011).

Theodora has previously claimed she is not interested in drugs and claimed being a rebel is boring.

She said: "My dad's generation was all about rebellion. I'm rebelling against my generation in a softer way."

"Many of the kids around me just want to go out and party every night but I don't. I'm not a big fan of drugs. Everybody's had their own experience."

Only fab fashion designer Indashio could make Denise Richards the belle of the ball in a gum-inspired dress. Richards rocked the sparkly, blue number, which Indashio revealed was inspired by the 'Awaken' flavor of Trident Vitality gum.

"Denise is the most perfect muse for this dress," Indashio told PopEater. "If this doesn't awaken anybody, I don't know what will."

She sat front row, as Indashio debuted his Fall 2011 collection titled 'Gaudy' at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York. Other celebrity attendees included 'Cheetah Girls' singer Adrienne Bailon and newly engaged 'Jersey Shore' star Angelina Pivarnick.

Denise Richards Wants to Join Beverly Hills 'Housewives' Cast

Denise Richards' life is already playing out like a juicy soap opera, thanks to ex-husband Charlie Sheen, but it seems the former Bond girl isn't ready to let the drama end there.

The 40-year-old actress, who had short-lived reality success with her E! show 'Denise Richards: It's Complicated,' may be looking to get back in the reality TV game with a spot on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'

When asked if she'd consider joining the cast of the show, Richards told Us Weekly, "Heck yeah, I would! It's one of my favorite shows!"

"We're just focused on keeping it positive for them," says Richards. "They're really doing well, honestly. They're great. They're still young, and they're full of energy and everyone is really, really doing well."

If she's serious about getting on the Bravo hit, she may already have an in.
