LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Following a bizarre week of outrageous radio rants to various talk show hosts and the cancellation of the remainder of the current season of his hit CBS show, "Two and a Half Men," Charlie Sheen has announced plans to pen a "tell-all" book, according to TMZ.

The embattled actor reportedly told TMZ on Saturday that he plans to expose details about "life on the ['...Men'] set," as well as the events that led to his recent outbursts.

Charlie is reportedly expecting at least $10 million for the publishing rights - and a bidding war - for his memoir, which he tentatively intends to title, "When the Laughter Stopped," according to the site.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, on Thursday evening, CBS announced they were pulling the plug on the remainder of the current season of "Two and a Half Men" following a shocking radio rant by the actor that afternoon, in which he took aim at show creator Chuck Lorre and told radio host Alex Jones, "I was told if I went on the attack, they would cancel the show and all that and so I'm just sort of seeing if they're telling the truth or not," referring to his CBS bosses.

While CBS' decision to halt production has left Charlie and his co-stars temporarily out of work, the decision has also impacted the show's crew.

A source close to "Two and a Half Men" told Access on Friday that the show's crew will not be completely out of a job now that their show has been canceled for the rest of the season - rather, they will continue to work on Chuck Lorre's other Warner Bros./CBS sitcom, "The Big Bang Theory."

The beleaguered crew will, however, suffer a large pay cut of about 15 percent, in going from two shows to one, according to the source.

A rep for Warner Bros., which produces the hit sitcom, had no comment regarding Charlie's salary demands nor the alleged pay cut for the crew when contacted by Access on Friday.

Aide planning tell-all about time with Palin (AP)

JUNEAU, Alaska – One of Sarah Palin's trusted advisers is planning a tell-all memoir, drawing upon thousands of personal e-mails during his time with the former Alaska governor to paint what his agent calls an expose of the inner workings of her operation.

Frank Bailey rose from a campaign volunteer to administration official and figure in the "Troopergate" scandal that fixated the public's attention during Palin's vice presidential bid in 2008. A preliminary draft of the unpublished book, tentatively called "Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin: A Memoir of our Tumultuous Years," was leaked to reporters, with excerpts making the rounds on the Internet.

Messages to a Palin aide and attorney weren't immediately returned Friday.

Ken Morris, a California-based writer who worked with Bailey on the manuscript, said in an e-mail that the material is preliminary, subject to copyright protections and not authorized for use.

The New York-based Carol Mann Agency, in an e-mail promoting the manuscript, said the "revelations and insights" that Bailey offers "are more necessary than ever, as the public will seek to learn as much as possible about the woman who seems to have her sights set on the national stage."

The agency referred calls to Morris, who said that he, Bailey and co-writer Jeanne Devon did "tons of research" for the book, which still has no publisher. Devon, an Alaska blogger, is a frequent critic of Palin.

Morris said he believes the manuscript paints an accurate portrait of Palin but declined to elaborate. "I think we should leave it at that," he said.

The manuscript, which Morris said is subject to change and "may not materially reflect the eventual product," states that Palin, before resigning partway through her first term, wrote to Bailey and another aide, "I hate this damn job."

This isn't Bailey's first attempt at getting published. He has been working on a book since at least 2009, when Palin resigned. At least one previous effort fizzled. Bailey left state government shortly after Palin.

Bailey was embroiled in an investigation of Palin's firing of her police commissioner over allegations he wouldn't fire a trooper who had a bitter divorce with Palin's sister. Bailey, in a recording made public, questioned a state trooper official about why Palin's former brother-in-law was still employed.

Once Palin's friend, Bailey is now among those criticizing her.

"Since leaving the Governor's office, Frank has been forced to reconsider his actions on Palin's behalf in terms of his deep Christian faith and his allegiance to her as the standard-bearer for the conservative causes he still champions," Mann wrote in her e-mail.

Mann also describes the manuscript as "the story of one man's slow drift from his most cherished beliefs and his ultimate redemption."

Efforts to reach Bailey weren't immediately successful.

Jesse James to Write Tell-All Memoir

In what might be the day's strangest and most surprising news, Jesse James will be writing a tell-all book. Entertainment Weekly reports that Sandra Bullock's ex-husband has signed on with Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, to write a revealing memoir. Reportedly, the book will include intimate details about his marriage to America's sweetheart, Ms. Bullock.

The book, which is allegedly titled, American Outlaw, will also include a look into his current engagement to reality TV star and tattoo aficionado, Kat von D.

James sent shockwaves through Hollywood last year when he was caught cheating on then-wife Bullock with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. He started dating von D last August after his divorce to Bullock was finalized in June.

Sarah Palin's Longtime Aide Pens Tell-All Book

We know her as a reality TV star, author, Bristol's mom, GOP darling and 'SNL' comedy muse. But for years, Frank Bailey knew Sarah Palin simply as: the boss.

Once Palin's trusted Chief of Staff, Bailey is breaking ranks and planning a new tell-all memoir-- according to a new AP report out of Juneau, Alaska -- based on his "thousands" of personal e-mails from his tenure working for the former Alaska governor, who was was inaugurated to the state's highest office in 2006 and abruptly resigned from the job in 2009.

A draft of the book, tentatively titled 'Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin: A Memoir of our Tumultuous Years,' has leaked to reporters, with excerpts circulating the Internet. Meanwhile, Bailey's team deny involvement in the leak.

The manuscript allegedly states that Palin, before resigning as governor, wrote to Bailey and another aide, "I hate this damn job."

Bailey rose from campaign volunteer to top administration official, and was a key figure during the 'Troopergate' scandal that captivated voters during Palin's failed run for vice president on John McCain's 2008 ticket. Bailey allegedly made the phone call trying to get a man fired -- a man who had been though a nasty divorce with Palin's sister; Bailey later became the target of an ethics investigation.

This is not the first time Bailey has taken a crack at telling his story. In 2009, he tried writing a Palin tell-all titled 'Renegade: Palin's Hatchet Man,' but the project fizzled.

"Since leaving the Governor's office," Bailey's book agent now says, via email, "Frank has been forced to reconsider his actions on Palin's behalf, in terms of his deep Christian faith and his allegiance to her as the standard-bearer for the conservative causes he still champions."

Regarding any leaked material, co-writer Ken Morris says unauthorized drafts are preliminary and subject to copyright protections, but confirms that he and Bailey (along with blogger Jeanne Devon, a frequent Palin critic) did "tons of research" for the tell-all tome.

Morris told EW.com this weekend, "This is a fact-finding, truth-reporting endeavor....The source data for this book comes from Frank Bailey's experience and his own email accounts."

Devon, also a co-author on the book, calls Bailey "one of the few true Palin 'insiders.'" Known as AKMuckraker in the blogosphere, Devon says the writing team is "shocked and horrified" by the leak of their draft, "but the toothpaste is out of the tube, as they say."

In promoting the manuscript, an agent for Bailey describes his insights as "more necessary than ever, as the public will seek to learn as much as possible about the woman who seems to have her sights set on the national stage."
