ZSA ZSA GABOR RUSHED TO HOSPITAL
Zsa Zsa Gabor has been rushed to hospital after becoming 'hysterical' over Elizabeth Taylor's death.

The 94-year-old screen legend has had a string of health problems in recent months and she was taken to UCLA medical center after her blood pressure went "through the roof" when she learned her old friend had passed away yesterday morning (March 23, 2011), a month after fellow veteran actress Jane Russell died.

Zsa Zsa's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt told RadarOnline.com: "Zsa Zsa said celebrities go in threes and I'm next."

Zsa Zsa was only released from hospital at the beginning this month after struggling with an infection in her left leg. Doctors advised she have the limb amputated - just a month after she lost part of her right leg - but she refused the operation.

After she turned down the surgery, her husband revealed doctors have given her just a 50-50 chance of surviving for another year and admitted she will be bed-ridden for the rest of her life.

He said recently: "We don't expect her to get better. She will be in bed for the rest of her life."

Zsa Zsa's health problems stem from her falling out of bed and breaking her hip last July.

David Arquette Tweets From Hospital Bed: Wear Your Seatbelt

Just hours after getting into a head-on collision in Los Angeles, David Arquette took to his Twitter page to let friends and fans know that he was doing okay.

Showing that his sense of humor was still intact as well, Arquette's Tweet included a Charlie Sheen reference: "I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you for all your concern." He then added, "Remember to wear your seatbelt-wish I was."

An eyewittness told the site that a car in front of Arquette suddenly stopped, forcing him to steer into traffic and causing the accident.

Although Arquette was seen lying on the ground bleeding, before being taken to the hospital, his rep told UsMagazine.com that the actor is okay. "He's fine," says the rep. "He is on his way to be treated."

Zsa Zsa Gabor to be released from hospital Friday (AP)

LOS ANGELES – Doctors say Zsa Zsa Gabor needs to have her remaining leg amputated, but the 94-year-old actress is declining the surgery.

Publicist John Blanchette says Gabor will be released from the hospital Friday. She was admitted Wednesday after blood flow to her left leg suddenly stopped.

Most of Gabor's right leg was amputated in January because of gangrene.

Gabor's husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, says the actress is taking medication and has "a 50-50 chance" of surviving for another year without surgery.

Gabor has been hospitalized repeatedly since July, when she broke her hip falling from bed.

She appeared in films ranging from "Moulin Rouge" in 1952 to "Queen of Outer Space" in 1958. She also appeared on TV specials, game shows, and guest-starred on various TV series, often playing herself.

ZSA ZSA GABOR RUSHED BACK TO HOSPITAL
Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed back to hospital yesterday (March 2, 2011) because of circulation problems in her left leg.

The ailing actress - who had part of her right leg amputated in January after gangrene set in - was brought from her Beverly Hills mansion to Los Angeles' Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center by ambulance at 11am after her personal physician discovered a lack of blood flowing through her left leg during a routine check-up.

Zsa Zsa's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt told the Los Angeles Times: "We are at the emergency room and the doctors are checking her out right now."

Zsa Zsa - who has been married seven times - has been in and out of hospital since suffering from two blood clots following hip surgery last July, and was even read her last rites by a priest in November.

She was released from hospital last month in order to celebrate her 94th birthday at home surrounded by friends and family.

Her publicist John Blanchette revealed doctors worked hard to have her ready to leave hospital for the celebrations, saying: "They did a magnificent job getting her back. They treated her with an aggressive treatment of antibiotics. The doctors said it was 50-50, but it worked."

"This has been a long, tough road since 2002, when she had an accident that originally disabled her. She has never been able to walk and her health has spiraled down."

"But she has kept her sense of humor and she's a fighter. She always has been."
