Well that’s what some chatty internet gossips are saying.
According to Us Weekly, the Prince will be celebrating the end of single life before he ties the knot with Kate Middleton on 29 April this very weekend, a source dished, “It's top, top secret but the dates have been marked off in the diary and security knows every detail. For privacy reasons we can't reveal locations, but there will be plenty of booze and some legendary activities.”
So who’s in charge of organising these legendary “activities”? Best man Prince Harry has – according to sources – played his part in giving his big brother a big send off into married life.  Although it sounds as if Harry is using the stag as an excuse for his own last night of fun, “This is his [Prince Harry’s] last weekend before he starts his North Pole trek on 29 March, so he's helped out with a lot of the planning."
The mind boggles at what Harry has planned for Wills. Will it be Strippers and Jägerbombs for the Princes and their posh pals, or will the boys be doing something more royal like shooting and Champagne quaffing? Let’s face it, we’ll probably see pictures of the two Princes stumbling of Mahiki in the tabloid this week – if the stag rumours are in fact true.

Russell Brand wants to crash the royal wedding disguised as Queen Elizabeth.

Although the madcap comedian hasn't been invited to the nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey on April 24, he plans to attend dressed as the 84-year-old British monarch.

He joked: "I'm not invited. I'm going anyway though. I'm going to dress up as the queen. I'm going to say [puts on female voice], 'Hallo, I'm the queen. Happy wedding day William and Kate. Do it baby, kiss, kiss.'"

The 35-year-old funnyman - who is married to Katy Perry - even went on to describe how he would eventually reveal himself to be a man in his bizarre fantasy scenario.

In a TV interview with "Access Hollywood," he added: "Then I'll lift my skirt and I'll have no underwear on and everyone will go, 'The Queen's willy!' Get your laughing gear round that."

It's not the first time Russell - who is from Essex, South East England - has revealed his interest in the royal family, with the "Arthur" once admitting during a radio interview that he would love a title.

He said: "I'd like to be royal. I sometimes think, 'I'd like to marry into the royals.' It would be fun wouldn't it to be a little bit royal? I think I'd fit right in there, they're a lovely bunch."

"I'd like an honorary princehood or dukedom, or some sort of recognition from the royals for what I've done for them over the years."

Prince Andrew woes a distraction as wedding nears (AP)

LONDON – Less than two months before a fairytale wedding anticipated by much of the world, Britain's royal family finds itself fighting an inconvenient distraction: revelations that Prince Andrew, the queen's second son, is friends with a convicted sex offender, was photographed with a teenage prostitute, and has been accused of ties to Moammar Gadhafi's Libyan regime.

The Duke of York also hosted the son of the Tunisian dictator shortly before a popular uprising drove him from power — and the buildup of embarrassment has sparked calls that he be stripped of his role as special U.K. trade representative.

Buckingham Palace is in damage control mode as it attempts to keep the public's focus on the April 29 wedding between Prince William and tabloid favorite Kate Middleton, his college sweetheart.

British officials have rallied to Andrew's defense. The foreign secretary expressed his "confidence" in Andrew on Sunday, and a U.K. trade official voiced support for the prince to remain in the position, saying he does a "very valuable job."

But pressure is mounting and there is growing speculation over how long Andrew can hang on to his post.

Andrew has courted trouble before: His much-publicized divorce from Sarah Ferguson, her subsequent missteps, massive debt, a tell-all interview and a videotaped attempt to sell a U.K. tabloid access to Andrew stand in stark contrast to the glow surrounding William and Kate Middleton's courtship and upcoming nuptials.

Since becoming a special trade representative in 2001, Andrew has also drawn criticism for reportedly taking lavish trips in his role as an unpaid trade ambassador.

The latest revelations in the British media have centered on Andrew's friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and claims that Andrew also had close ties to Seif al-Islam Gadhafi, one of the Libyan leader's sons.

Photos recently published in the British media show Andrew strolling in a park with Epstein — the New York billionaire jailed for soliciting underage prostitutes in Florida. Most recently, a photograph emerged showing Andrew with his arm around the waist of the teenage prostitute at the center of that case.

While there has been no suggestion of any wrongdoing on the part of Andrew, the sum of events has prompted some soul-searching over whether the prince is a suitable representative for U.K. interests abroad.

"The duke recognizes that his association with Jeffrey Epstein was, in retrospect, unwise," a person familiar with the matter said, noting that it can be understood Andrew will not be photographed with Epstein again anytime soon.

But that's not placating some who say enough is enough. Last week, British lawmaker Chris Bryant claimed that Andrew had close links to Seif Gadhafi. Bryant called for Andrew to be fired, telling the House of Commons "Isn't it time we dispensed with the services of the Duke of York?"

Buckingham Palace on Sunday rejected Bryant's claims, saying Andrew's interactions with the Gadhafi regime — and Tunisia's ousted dictatorship, too_ fell within the mandate of his job as special trade representative.

"It was part of the British government's engagement with Libya at the time," a palace spokesman said on customary condition of anonymity.

The spokesman confirmed Andrew met Moammar Gadhafi twice. Both meetings were of public record and should not come as news, the spokesman said, adding that Andrew is "fully committed to his role as special representative."

"It is understood that he has the support of the government behind him," the spokesman said.

Government officials backed up that claim Sunday, citing Andrew's role in nurturing business interests.

"The Duke of York has made a valuable contribution to British business," a spokesman for government trade body UKTI said. "We continue to support him," he added, on customary condition of anonymity.

Foreign Secretary William Hague also expressing his full confidence in Andrew's work.

"I'm not an expert in ... the embarrassments," Hague told the BBC. "But certainly I've seen around the world a lot of good that he has done for this country."

Have Prince William and Kate Middleton chosen a wedding dress designer for the royal nuptials? With April 29 fast approaching, work on the gown needs to get started. Even though mum's the word, there are some interesting rumors that point to the late Alexander McQueen's fashion house as having been given the commission.

* March 2011 -- Alexander McQueen Fashion House. In what might be termed a case of "loose lips sink ships," the fashion house's CEO Jonathan Akeroyd is said to have told a professional contact that the British design house had received the commission. This would put the late fashion designer's right-hand assistant and current Alexander McQueen label creative director, Sarah Burton, in charge of Middleton's wedding gown.

* March 2011 -- Bruce Oldfield. If the name sounds familiar, royal watchers are sure to remember that Bruce Oldfield was credited with being the late Princess Diana's favorite designer. Eagle-eyed reporters keeping an eye on the premises of notable British fashion houses reported that Middleton's sister (the maid of honor), her mother and also the Countess of Wessex have been seen frequenting the establishment. The latter is the mother of 7-year-old Lady Louise Windsor, who is one of the bridesmaids at Prince William and Kate's wedding.

* February 2011 -- Erdem Moralioglu. A powerhouse in the British fashion industry, his fashion house was rumored to be perfect for Middleton's sense of style. Not outrageous or controversial, Erdem fashions are known to flatter slimmer models who can carry a traditional look. In the same breath, fashion gossips pooh-poohed the idea of the bride's hiring Bruce Oldfield and putting herself in competition with Prince William's late mother.

* December 2010 -- David Emanuel. The designer of Lady Diana Spencer's wedding gown was thought to be the natural choice for Prince William's bride. While the dress made of antique lace, ivory silk and taffeta was a breathtaking creation for the Princess of Wales, it is difficult to imagine the much more independent and less demure Middleton in these types of traditional trappings. David Emanuel has not been mentioned recently when discussing the royal wedding gown.

* November 2010 -- Phillipa Lepley. She was an early favorite among the betting public. The fact Middleton chose an Issa creation when facing the press after the engagement announcement was thought to speak volumes. Close in style to Lepley gown looks, the designer who is billed as "London's leading couture bridal designer" would have been a logical choice for the royal bride's fashion style.

Alexander McQueen's fashion house categorically denies being involved with the April wedding or its gown. This, of course, is par for the course.

Report: Kate Middleton Wedding Dress Designer Chosen

Kate Middleton's wedding dress designer is Alexander McQueen creative director, Sarah Burton, according to reports in British newspapers.

While McQueen officials are issuing denials -- which they would be obliged to do, even if it were true -- sources told the UK's Telegraph that Burton has been chosen for her discretion, talent, and quirky, feminine take on elegance.

The 36-year-old was promoted to the top design job after McQueen himself committed suicide last year. First Lady Michelle Obama caused a stir when she wore one of Burton's McQueen designs to a State Dinner for Chinese president Hu Jintao in January.

London's Sunday Times is also reporting McQueen's CEO Jonathan Akeroyd gushed to a colleague the fashion house had won the coveted commission for Middleton's April 29 wedding to longtime love, Prince William.

Burton denied the reports regarding her involvement to Vogue UK: "I'm not doing it." Akeroyd also denied the rumors saying: "No, not at all. I'm the CEO, I would know if we were doing it."

The commission has also been rumored to belong to Bruce Oldfield, a favorite of the late Princess Diana and designer of Queen Rania of Jordan's wedding dress.

Even if the latest rumors are true, Burton and company wouldn't want to have the exalted McQueen name stepping on a future queen's well-shod toes.

The designers of Princess Diana's 1981 wedding dress, David and Elizabeth Emanuel, repeatedly denied their role as royal couturier.

Middleton has made it clear her dress designer is to remain a closely-guarded state secret until her wedding day, so she can surprise her fiancé as she walks down the long, dramatic Westminster Abbey aisle.

Last week, St. James Palace announced the highly-anticipated dress details would be released first on its own Web site, The Royal Wedding.

Daily Telegraph Fashion Editor Hilary Alexander told London's Daily Mail if the Burton/McQueen news is true, it's a welcome relief for fashion: "It's desperately in need of an injection of fabulousness in the wake of the whole John Galliano scandal."

UK's Royal Mint produces royal wedding coin (Reuters)

LONDON (Reuters) – Britain's Royal Mint has produced an official coin to commemorate next month's wedding of Prince William to Kate Middleton.

The 5 pound ($8.14) coin -- which will cost collectors 9.99 pounds to purchase and features an image of the couple in profile -- has been approved by William, Queen Elizabeth and the government.

The Royal Mint said the coin, designed by Mark Richards, a Fellow at the Royal Society of British Sculptors, was due to become legal tender on March 16.

"Public interest in this great event is already huge, and building every day, so we are anticipating massive demand for these official commemorative coins," the Royal Mint said on its website.

Last December, the Royal Mint produced its first ever royal engagement coin to mark the couple's marriage announcement, but it was met with criticism and derision from royal watchers who said the depiction of Middleton bore little resemblance to her.

Britain unveils royal wedding coin (AFP)

LONDON (AFP) – The official coin for Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding on April 29 was unveiled Thursday, showing the couple's profiles on one side with Queen Elizabeth II's image on the reverse.

The £5 ($8, five-euro) commemorative coin published by the Royal Mint bears a simple text, "William and Catherine, 29 April 2011", and shows the couple looking at each other in profile.

According to the artist's impression of the coin, which the prince has approved, Kate, 29, is smiling naturally, showing her teeth, with her long hair covering her ears, while William, 28, has his mouth slightly open.

In December when it issued a commemorative coin for the couple's engagement, the Royal Mint attracted criticism that it was unflattering to Kate. One commentator suggested she had the "flattened features of a pugilist."

"The official UK royal wedding coin has been designed by Mark Richards, a fellow of the Royal Society of British Sculptors," said a spokeswoman, adding that he had been chosen after an invitation-only tender process.

The Royal Mint advisory committee, which is made up of experts in art, design, history and heraldry, selected the design and it was then sent to William for approval.

"With Prince William's full approval received, the coin design was submitted to the chancellor (finance minister) and finally to Her Majesty The Queen for approval," she said.

Although the coin has a value of £5 it costs £9.99 to buy and is available to pre-order from the Royal Mint website. It will receive final legal approval on March 16, at which point it will pass into production.

"Public interest in this great event is already huge, and building every day, so we are anticipating massive demand for these official commemorative coins," said a statement on the Royal Mint's website.

Not even a heavy rainstorm could put a damper on Kelsey Grammer's wedding to Kayte Walsh in New York City on Friday.

Inside the Longacre Theater, where the couple tied the knot, the space was still decorated with props from La Cage aux Folles, as well as huge bouquets of pink and red flowers in gold urns.

During the emotional ceremony, performed by Terry Lavell who was Grammer's costar in the Broadway hit musical, attendants read poems that the bride and groom had written for one another. As the couple listened, they appeared to be holding back tears, according to one guest.

After Walsh's brother, Stuart, sang "Feels Like Home" by Randy Newman, Grammer, 55, and Walsh, 29, recited traditional vows.

"They looked very happy," a wedding guest told PEOPLE after the ceremony, "really, really happy."

In addition to Lavell, the couple was attended by Grammer's two eldest daughters, Spencer and Greer, Walsh's sister, Sophie, and friend Angela Copeland. The women wore matching black dresses and Christian Louboutin pumps. The bride wore a silk sheath gown with beaded straps and bodice – a custom design by Peter Langner for Mark Ingram, according to Access Hollywood. Grammer's son Jude, joined Walsh's brothers as groomsmen, and the best man was friend Carl DeGersdorff.

Immediately following the ceremony, a small group of guests went to the Plaza Hotel for a lavish dinner in the Grand Ballroom, which was decorated by celebrity event designer Ed Libby.

A few hours later, guests returned to find the Grand Ballroom transformed: The tables were replaced with regal, gold lounge furniture, cocktail tables, and a massive dance floor, flanked by a stage on one side and sleek bar on the other.

"It was gorgeous, very classy," said one wedding guest. "It wasn't too much and it wasn't too little. They definitely did it right."

After dinner, the newlyweds cut the 55-inch-tall carrot cake by Sylvia Weinstock and shared the story of how they met: He was flying to see La Cage in London, and she was one of the flight attendants.

"It was really, really sweet," a guest told PEOPLE. "Kelsey is very good with words. He's an actor, so he was very articulate and sweet. She was, too, and very genuine."

Throughout the night, guests grooved on the packed dance floor while a deejay played tunes such as, "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and "Don't Stop Believin'," which a source described as "songs that everybody could sing along with and dance to."

The bride and groom spent the entire night at each other's sides, said a guest, who added, "They seemed so genuinely in love and happy. They were dancing with each other the whole time and seemed to be having a lot of fun together, really a part of the festivities."

As the evening wound down, guests were treated to passed desserts, including mini ice cream cones and little smoothies.

According to a source, the newlyweds slipped out quietly just before the celebration ended.

Royal Snub: No Wedding Invite for Sarah Ferguson?

While the groom's first cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenia, will be VIP guests at Prince William and Kate Middleton's April 29 nuptials, their mother -- the Duchess of York -- won't be included in any royal wedding festivities.

Why the snub? Sarah Ferguson, 51, was married for a decade to Prince Andrew (Prince William's paternal uncle) until her tabloid-mocked infidelities led to divorce in 1996; the exes quietly went on to raise their daughters as single parents. Last year, a mortifying undercover sting caught Sarah soliciting bribe money to "open doors" to her influential ex. The shamed royal will soon attempt image rehab with a new reality series, 'Finding Sarah,' on Oprah Winfrey's OWN channel.

But with 1,900 royal invitations being dispatched around the world for what could be the most expensive wedding ever, is the duchess appalled at being left out? According to People.com, her rep confirms that Ferguson plans to be overseas in late April, and calls the snub no surprise: "She will not be attending. She never expected to be invited."

Perhaps the Duchess of York's absence suits the Palace because the Windsors want all eyes focused on one thing: William and Kate's young love. It's the very thing the happy-go-lucky bride Sarah and her Prince Andrew were once celebrated for (before their shocking split) -- a glamorous, untainted-by-scandal storybook romance.

Duchess Fergie Is Not Invited to the Royal Wedding

As 1,900 invitations to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding make their way to invited guests across the U.K. and the world, one famous former member of the royal family won't be getting one.

The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, is to be absent from the April 29 nuptials, PEOPLE has confirmed.

?Fergie, 51, will be overseas, her representative says, though she was not anticipating being invited in any case. "She will not be attending. She never expected to be invited," the spokesman says.

?But her daughters, Princess Beatrice, 22, and Princess Eugenie, 20, are expected to attend the ceremony along with friends of the couple, dignitaries, members of other royal families and representatives from charities associated with the prince.

Despite being contacted by media around the world, the Duchess has turned down all offers connected with the wedding itself. "She has declined all commercial work relating to the wedding," the spokesman says.

Instead, Fergie has been making a special documentary for Oprah Winfrey's new network, OWN, which will air later this year.

Check that post box: The invitations to the April 29 wedding of William and Kate are in the mail.

A palace source confirms to PEOPLE that on Thursday the invitations began leaving the office of the Lord Chamberlain – the man entrusted with seeing the cards get to the right people.

"They're in the process of being sent out," says the source.

As the deliveries started to go into effect, a charity bash in London was drawing a crowd from the wedding party's circle, including best-man-to-be Prince Harry's on-off girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

Also making the scene at royal pal Guy Pelly's new club Public: William and Harry's cousins Beatrice and Eugenie, along with the bride-to-be's sister Pippa (just named maid of honor), newly engaged Holly Branson and some of William's closest friends like Tom van Straubenzee and his brother Charlie.

"They all looked happy and excited at the prospect of the evening and the coming months," a bystander tells PEOPLE.

As the Duchess of York, in her chauffeur-driven Bentley, dropped off daughter Eugenie, 20, she told onlookers that she was happy to leave the revelry to the younger set.

The singer was then lifted into the air as she began to belt the lyrics, revealing the swing was attached to a giant white drape that filled up the expanse of the stage. As Perry continued to croon about finding the perfect guy, grainy footage from her grand October nuptials to British comedian Russell Brand projected across the drape, showing Perry in her bridal gown kissing her new husband, which was the first time the couple shared any images from their wedding publicly.

After the heartfelt tribute, Perry switched back to the vampy, cheeky pop sensation we've come to know, proclaiming, "This one goes out to all the Valentine lovers!" as crimson-clad dancers invaded the stage for "Teenage Dream." Actress Nicole Kidman sang along in the audience as Perry belted the track on a set outfitted with neon heart-shaped set pieces and monitors dappled with heart-shaped candy pieces.

With Sunday night's (February 13) Grammy performance behind her, Perry is gearing up for her upcoming California Dreams Tour. The poptress recently said she's deep into preparations for the summertime trek, which will cross the country until August.

"It's like training for the Olympics. I'm off to the gym to build stamina ... and I hate working out, but I have to go, because this is a really energetic show," she said. "It's not like I'm going to make my fortune off touring; I'm basically doing this as a big IOU for all the love and support I've gotten. I need to go shake some hands and kiss some people."

Katy Perry traded her pastel-colored, cotton candy-themed performances of late for something far more personal at Sunday's Grammy Awards: the pop star, and four-time nominee, debuted footage of her Indian wedding during a heartfelt performance of "Not Like the Movies."

Perched on a swing that began to ascend, Perry sang, "I know you're out there and ... your love came for me," as footage of her Indian nuptials to comedian Russell Brand flashed on a curtain attached to the swing.

Perry and Brand tied the knot on Oct. 23 in a very private and spiritual ceremony in Northern India, and have not previously released any images from the event. In the footage, Perry, 26, sporting a veil, was seen exchanging rings and, later, kissing Brand.
