Michael Douglas was accompanied his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones to award Welsh Society in New York City Yale Club. While he continue to look haggard and much older than he looked before chemotherapy, it is obvious that the actor is recovering from malignant disease. He got the weight and his face was no longer pale as before, but apparently is still weak because his wife had to follow him while he was going down stairs in Yale Club.
Catherine Zeta-Jones was recently in London, where she received an award for her work in the film industry and for humanitarian work, and handed her by Prince Charles. The actress says that the prince talked about the Michael disease. “The last time I saw His Highness, Michael has just began his treatment, so the prince was very concerned. Now he was glad surprise that Michael is recovering,” said Catherine.
